Shipping & Returns

Our shipping policies conform to the waiting times described on the shipping page, but we are not responsible for delays in deliveries. International orders that are sent exclusively by DHL Express will have their tracking number, but be aware that there may be delays with border customs, depending on your location and country. It is rare for a package to arrive later than 10 days from the shipping date, but it can happen.

Only international packages will be sent exclusively in the Standard Shipping (USPS) bound for the European Community, but the tracking number will NOT be included. For this reason, Pily Flowers is NOT responsible for lost packages that do NOT have a tracking number.

Our company is domiciled in the USA therefore all national or international tracking numbers will be delivered to buyers after the packages have been sent.

The tracking number helps the timely follow-up of your package, but does not guarantee the delivery date. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date on orders.

All the items in our store are designed and made to order once they are fully paid, so we take 8 to 10 days for their shipment. Only those specified ready to ship will be shipped in 2-3 days. Due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances, your package may take longer to ship as we are a small family business and cannot guarantee the set shipping day.

We strive to ship all of our items in a timely manner, however it is truly impossible to guarantee an arrival date.

If a shipping address is used for a freight forwarding company or an address other than yours, please note that we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Items can only be replaced if they are received damaged and have not been used. For this you must contact us within the first two days after receiving the item. These could be replaced in a convenient period of time by the parties, but the company will not cover the costs of moving the replacement, or the new one. Items will not be replaced for any other reason.
