Shipping Policy

Our company is based in the USA, and we will provide tracking numbers for all domestic shipments once the packages have been dispatched.

We aim to adhere to the estimated delivery times listed on our shipping page. However, we are not responsible for delays that may occur during the delivery process. While it is uncommon for packages to arrive more than five days after the shipping date, such delays are possible.

Tracking numbers are provided to assist you in monitoring your shipment but do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Please note that we cannot commit to an exact arrival time for any order.

The products listed in our store are ready for immediate delivery and will be shipped once payment is confirmed. During holidays or unexpected events, there may be shipping delays, as we are a small family-run business. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

We strive to send out all orders promptly; however, it is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery date.

For shipments sent to freight forwarding addresses or any address other than your own, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged packages.

Replacement Policy

Items may only be replaced if they arrive damaged and have not been used. To request a replacement, please contact us within two days of receiving the item. While we will work to provide a replacement within a mutually agreed timeframe, the buyer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs. We do not offer replacements for any other reason.
